The client approached us with a broad challenge: their users were an eclectic mix of sound and art creators from across the world, along with prospective collaborators and buyers—people who aren’t easy to discover through a simple search unless you’re already deeply connected within the community. Finding someone based on location, experience, or artistic style was proving to be a mammoth task, often taking long periods of time.

While they had interviewed users to gather insights into individual pain points, they were not clear on what the core problem or underlying challenges really were. What they brought to us was a collection of fragmented observations without a defined direction or problem statement.
